Today a bran new day and ready to shower for school. While I'm taking a shower I start noticing that I am running out of shampoo. When I got out I asked my mother if she could go to Rite Aid and get me a new one. She said sure, I will. Coming out of school I went straight to soccer practice. We ran a whole miles and we did exercise that would help us in our game. I was sweating a lot and i even left my shirt soaked in sweat. I called my mother to see if she could pick me up because I was tired of running, and she did. When I got home I went straight to the shower but when I was taking a shower I didn't see the shampoo or the conditioner. I got out of the shower all mad and I told my mom that why did she forget to buy 
me what I asked her, and she said that she did go but the store didn't have it anymore and that they will never have it again because their is no oil to make shampoo. I was shocked!!! A world without shampoo, my hair without shampoo, it is horrible. No more silky smooth hair. The worst thing about it is that I have a highlight on my hair and if don't put stuff that helps moisturize and repair the damage parts it will be stiff and I wont be able to fix it. Another thing is that tomorrow I have a date and its the person I really like. They cant see me like this. This is like a nightmare that's becoming truth.

ReplyDeleteOh my god girl i dont know what i will do without my shampoo either...I think i might even have to go bald and then i am going to be forced to adapt to that style. the same thing is happening to me to with my body spray. Since there is no oil, there is not can in which to put the chemical which equals to no body spray.
ReplyDeleteOMG!!! I had the same problem with my lotion. It's incredible how petroleum impacted our way of living. Have you looked anywhere besides rite aid? The reason I am asking is because I have looked everywhere for deodorant, lotion, and sweaters. I have some shampoo left, but what will I do when there is nothing left? I’m afraid of what the future has in store for us.
